One night's deposit is due within 7 days after reservation is made. A 50% deposit is required on stays of 3 nights or more. There is a minimum of two nights stay on weekends and three nights on holiday weekends. Deposits can be made with personal checks (2 weeks in advance) or money orders. For your convenience, deposits for reservations by telephone may be made by credit cards. Remaining balance is due on arrival by cash, travelers checks or personal check. Upon receipt of deposit, a written confirmation will be sent by return mail. Also, there is a $45 charge for each additional person.

Cancellation Policy - Deposit refunded only when cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to start of stay. When reserving 2 or more rooms, or 5 or more nights, cancellation notice is required 6 weeks prior to stay. If notified less than two weeks in advance, refund will be made only if room is resold. Early departures or unused portions of stay are nonrefundable.
